For urban professionals · How it works

From target
to signed offer

A search feels chaotic because nobody tells you the order of operations. Here it is. The Career Blueprint covers stages one to three; the High-Velocity Campaign and Executive Concierge carry through all six.

Working through a plan at the kickoff session

What happens after you book a consult?

Six stages. A 20-minute consult to see whether the work fits, a kickoff session to set targets, materials and a 90-day plan, outreach to real people at real companies, interview preparation against the roles you want, and negotiation of the offer. Most engagements run four to twelve weeks.

Stage 01 · Day 0

The consult

Twenty minutes, free, by video or phone. You talk, I ask. At the end I name the tier that fits and what it will realistically take: including telling you if you don't need me yet.

Stage 02 · Week 1

Kickoff session

Ninety minutes on the target: which roles, which level, which companies, and what the market currently pays for it. I also name the gaps plainly, because the plan has to account for them.

Stage 03 · Week 2

Materials & 90-day plan

Resume and LinkedIn come back rebuilt, with one round of revisions included. Alongside them: the 90-day plan, written as weeks with actions and volumes, plus the negotiation script pack to keep on file.

Stage 04 · Weeks 2–5

Outreach

A named list of companies and the people inside them, with the messages drafted for you to send. Weekly sessions review what got replies and adjust the list rather than repeating it louder.

Stage 05 · As they land

Interview prep

Before each round I rehearse out loud with the questions that panel is likely to ask, including the compensation question. You keep the recording and the notes.

Stage 06 · Offer

Negotiation

Bring me the offer before you answer it. I value base, bonus, equity, title and start date as one package, decide what to ask for, and either hand you the words or run the conversation with you. A certified WNBA player agent runs that call.

The outcome

What changes for you

Here is where you stand when the work is done, what I need from you along the way, and what the work itself looks like.

When we're done

  • Materials that clear a recruiter's first pass, written for the role you actually want.
  • A week-by-week plan that names what to send, to whom and how many, instead of "keep applying."
  • A number, a range from real market data, and a walk-away you set before the first salary conversation.
  • The exact words for the three hardest moments: the salary question, the counter and the deadline.

What I need from you

  • Your current resume, the roles you are targeting, and any interview or offer already in motion.
  • Time for the sessions your tier includes: one for the Blueprint, four weekly for the Campaign, eight bi-weekly for the Concierge.
  • The outreach itself. The plan names the volume; you send it, and we adjust on what comes back.
