Great for a founder, a hiring manager or an HR lead building their first process.
How do you stop hiring decisions from coming down to vibes?
Decide what good looks like before the first interview, score every candidate against it, and debrief with the scores on the table. Structured interviews predict job performance better than unstructured conversation, and they are fairer to the candidate.

Why I made it
Candidates from nontraditional backgrounds lose the most when hiring runs on gut feeling. A scorecard makes the process about the work. I built this so small teams can hire the way large ones should.
Prefer it done for you?
$750 for the done-for-you version. I write the scorecards and interview questions for up to three of your roles, tied to the work each role actually does. Priced at roughly $175 an hour of work, in line with 2026 Bay Area HR consulting rates, and confirmed after a free 20-minute scoping call.
