For partners
For employment attorneys
Attorneys tell clients what the law requires. Someone still has to rebuild the handbook, retrain the managers, fix the time records and set the pay ranges. That is the work I do, and it lets you stay on the legal questions.
Where I help your clients
- After a claim or settlement: the policy, training and payroll fixes that keep the same issue from coming back.
- Pay equity analysis at counsel’s direction, structured so you decide how the results are used.
- California handbooks and policy rollouts that follow your legal review.
- Harassment prevention training that meets Government Code 12950.1.
- Termination planning and documentation for managers.
What I do not do
I do not give legal advice. When a client’s question turns legal, I stop and send it to you.
Referral terms
No referral fees in either direction. California’s professional conduct rules limit what attorneys can pay or receive for referrals, and keeping money out of it keeps every recommendation clean. I refer clients who need counsel to attorneys whose work I trust, and I ask the same in return.
