For partners
For CPAs and benefits brokers
CPAs and benefits brokers see HR problems first: a payroll error, a misclassified contractor, an employer that just crossed 20 people in San Francisco and owes health care spending. I handle the HR side so you can stay on the numbers and the plans.
Where I help your clients
- Contractor and exempt classification reviews before a payroll or audit problem grows.
- California compliance check-ups and handbooks.
- Pay structures and pay equity audits.
- San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance and local ordinance questions, alongside the broker’s plan work.
- Fractional HR for clients too small for a full-time HR hire.
Referral terms
- Reciprocal: I send clients who need accounting, payroll or benefits work to partners on this list.
- Referral fee: 10 percent of fees collected in the first 12 months from a referred client who signs, paid quarterly. It is disclosed to the client in writing, as professional standards expect.
- If your firm’s rules or your license do not allow referral fees, we skip the fee and keep the reciprocity.
